1. Who We Are
Play Play Play! (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a platform that enables parents to coordinate supervised playground meet-ups for children.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Play Play Play!, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you may not use the app.
3. Eligibility
- The app may only be used by individuals aged 18 or older.
- You must be the parent or legal guardian of any child profile you create.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Nature of the Service
Play Play Play! is a coordination platform only.
We:
- Do not verify user identities
- Do not conduct background checks
- Do not supervise playground interactions
- Do not guarantee attendance
- Do not verify physical presence at playgrounds
The app facilitates introductions and coordination between parents. It does not provide childcare, supervision, or security services.
5. Parental Responsibility
Parents are fully responsible for:
- Supervising their children at all times
- Assessing the suitability of meeting other families
- Making their own safety decisions
- Managing their child’s profile and friendships
Children must never attend playground meet-ups without parental supervision.
Play Play Play! assumes no responsibility for the actions of users or third parties.
6. Friend Connections & Visibility
By using the friendship feature, you acknowledge that:
- Your child’s profile may be searchable by other registered parents.
- Accepted connections may receive notifications when your child checks in at a playground.
- Playground check-ins are visible to other parents at the same selected playground.
You are responsible for managing your child’s connections and removing any unwanted connections.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Misrepresent your identity
- Create profiles for children you are not legally responsible for
- Use the app to harass or monitor other users
- Collect or misuse other users’ personal data
- Attempt to extract or scrape data from the platform
- Use the app for commercial purposes
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove users who violate these rules.
8. Safety & Assumption of Risk
Play Play Play! is a coordination platform only.
We do not:
- Verify user identities
- Conduct background checks
- Supervise playground interactions
- Provide childcare services
- Monitor real-world meetings
- Guarantee the safety, suitability, or behaviour of any user
All meetings, interactions, and playground visits arranged through the app occur entirely at the users’ own discretion and risk.
By using the service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for supervising your child at all times.
- You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of meeting another family.
- You assume all risks associated with in-person meetings arranged through the app.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Dutch law:
Play Play Play!, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Personal injury or death
- Child injury or accidents
- Property damage
- Loss of data
- Misconduct of other users
- Harassment or inappropriate behaviour by users
- Disputes between parents
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages
arising out of or related to:
- Use of the app
- Playground meet-ups
- User-generated content
- Reliance on information provided by other users
Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed:
- The total amount paid by you (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim, or
- €100, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under Dutch law, including liability for wilful misconduct (opzet) or gross negligence (bewuste roekeloosheid).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Play Play Play!, its directors, officers, employees and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the service
- Your child’s participation in playground meet-ups
- Your breach of these Terms
- Any inaccurate or unlawful information you provide
- Any dispute between you and another user
- Any injury or damage occurring during meet-ups arranged through the app
This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account.
11. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide about your child is accurate and lawful.
12. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
- These Terms are violated
- We suspect misuse
- Required by law
13. Intellectual Property
All rights in the app, including design, branding, and software, remain the property of Play Play Play! or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service.
14. Changes to the Service
We may modify or discontinue the app at any time without liability.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
